Getting started with iSpecimen is simple. Our technology easily integrates into your IT infrastructure and communicates with your lab technicians, telling them which samples to pick and ship to researchers prior to discard. The rest of your lab workflow continues as usual.
iSpecimen’s solution is non-disruptive to labs. Your workflow remains the same except that some samples are picked-and-shipped to researchers instead of being discarded as usual.
iSpecimen also handles all direct relationships with research organizations – from marketing, to sales, to follow-up support. In exchange, you receive a fee for every sample shipped and also get a ready supply of annotated samples for your own internal research programs.
Legal and Compliant
Our processes are conducted in a manner to assure that only high-quality specimens are selected and are compliant with HIPAA and all other regulations governing the use of patient specimens and data. We help our clients set up IRB-approved protocols and also provide a fully-auditable chain of custody that is designed to meet the highest standards in research.
